RENTAL
TABLES AND CHAIRS are delivered stacked or on pallets to the dock or
drop location you have contracted. Unloading, moving to the setup
location, wipe-down, touch-up, attachment of cushions, quality checking
and reloading are all part of the onsite setup task. This may be done by
the user to save costs.
"DUE
DILIGENCE" requires the renter to review tables and chairs at the
warehouse before renting to assure the type, quality, size and color meet
your needs. Imagination can differ from reality. |

The
delivery crew always attempts to assure the correct quality of items are
delivered.
TABLES,
CHAIRS and CHAIR CUSHIONS are graded by the side that shows when in use
(also called the "PRESENTATION" side). Stains, velcro, rips or damage to
non-presentation sides may be present in all grades including "SELECT"
if the structural integrity is not impacted. Spares (~10%) are delivered
to replace any chair damaged in transport or not meeting grade. Standard
rental and delivery fees apply to spares used above that needed for
replacements.
UNLESS
SELECT SERVICE OR GRADE A IS ORDERED, ONSITE TOUCH-UP AND WIPE-DOWN IS
REQUIRED. THIS IS HANDLED BY THE INSTALLATION CREW BEFORE THE SCHEDULED
TURNOVER TIME OF YOUR EQUIPMENT (you are the installation crew for a
do-it yourself event).

The presentation sides of
"SELECT" A-Grade quality tables, chairs & cushions are top
of the line and close to new. They are clean and basically free
of mars, spots, stains or holes on the presentation sides. SELECT
means the "cream of the crop" are hand selected from all chairs
in inventory. A-Grade has a typical fail rate if abused. On tables, a "kwik-cover" may be installed to
assure the top surface is A-Grade (at no additional charge). |

BA |
The presentation sides of
WEDDING GRADE (BA-Grade) quality tables, chairs and cushions
are good rental grade, wedding quality (but not new) items that are
clean and mostly free of mars and imperfections, but may contain a few minor
blemishes. Some variation in design, style and coloration may exist
within a chair-type. Minor nicks, chips and scratches to the
presentation side can be touched up on site using furniture
pens. BA-Grade has a typical fail rate if abused. On tables, a "kwik-cover" may be used to assure the top
surface is grade B-Grade or A-Grade. |

The presentation sides of
"STD" (STANDARD, B-Grade) quality tables, chairs and cushions
are standard rental grade, event quality items that are
clean and mostly free of mars and imperfections, but may contain a minor
blemishes and signs of use. Some variation in design and coloration may exist
within a chair-type. Minor nicks, chips and scratches to the
presentation side are touched up on site using furniture
pens. B-Grade has a typical fail rate if abused. On tables, a "kwik-cover" may be used to assure the top
surface is grade B-Grade or A-Grade. |

BC |
BC-Grade tables, chairs and
cushions are clean but in need of minor repair or refinishing
before being useable for standard events. They are older
and may have repairable (fillable) marks, splits, cracks and other
imperfections. Repairs and touch-ups are done by the RENTER. These are available stock items, with no attempt
to conform to style or coloration. BC-Grade has a higher fail rate
when abused. They can appear rough, but
are still useable for events where lower cost is more important than formal
appearance. Painted wood is typically BC grade. |

C |
C-Grade grade tables, chairs and
cushions are similar to CB-Grade but with more
imperfections. C-Grade is given to chairs that must be repaired
of refinished to be used in higher end events such as formals
and weddings. Typcially 80%+ remain useable but will appear rough.
C-Grade has a high fail rate when abused. C-Grade is suited only for events
where lower cost is more important than formal
appearance. |

"DUE
DILIGENCE" requires the renter to view chairs at the warehouse before
contracting so you are sure the color and quality you are ordering meets
your needs. SELECT SERVICE is available. If you do not review ahead of
time what you've ordered will be delivered, but your imagination may
differ from reality and the order will not be disputable or adjustable. |
